1. Who we are

ADRA Sailing operates the website adra.gr and publishes sailing, racing, travel and technical content related to ADRA / GRE 1221.

2. Information we process

Ordinary visitors are not required to create an account or provide personal information to read the public website. The hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and server logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

Restricted administration areas use authentication and server-side sessions necessary to protect the publishing system.

3. Social-media integrations

Authorized administrators may connect ADRA Sailing social accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, to publish or manage ADRA Sailing content. Depending on the platform, the integration may receive account/page identifiers, granted permissions, access tokens and publishing results.

These credentials and identifiers are used only to authenticate the connected account and perform actions explicitly configured by an authorized ADRA Sailing administrator. They are not sold or used for advertising profiles.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Information is processed only as necessary to operate and secure the website, administer content, publish authorized social-media posts, diagnose failures and maintain a record of publishing status. Where a platform authorization is used, processing is based on the administrator's requested connection and the permissions granted through that platform.

5. Sharing

Information may be transmitted to the relevant platform only when needed to perform the requested integration. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data as service providers.

6. Retention and security

Access credentials and integration settings are retained only while needed for the connected service or until they are replaced, revoked or deleted. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to restrict access to administration functions and stored credentials.

7. Revoking access and deletion

An administrator can revoke ADRA Sailing's access from the relevant social platform at any time. Requests concerning data stored by the ADRA Sailing integration can also follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

8. External links

adra.gr may link to third-party websites and social networks. ADRA Sailing is not responsible for the privacy practices of those independent services.
